"I grant Diana Waring the permanent, continuing, nonexclusive right to use, copy, crop, edit, publish and distribute photographic, film, video, and other electronic and digital images and representations of me and/or my Child and my Child's image in the print, electronic, digital, video and broadcast versions of Diana Waring's curriculum, products, lecture materials, Internet websites, advertising and promotional materials.
I understand that Video and/or Photographs may appear on the Internet and may be copied, downloaded, used, edited or modified by third parties not affiliated with or under the control of Diana Waring. I agree, on behalf of myself and my Child, to indemnify and hold Diana Waring harmless from and against any and all costs, claims and causes of action brought by me, my Child, or on behalf of me or my Child arising out of or relating to use, publication or distribution of Video and/or Photographs.
This Photo Release does not and will not be deemed to create any employment or business arrangement, joint venture, joint work or other legal relationship between Diana Waring and either me or my Child. This Release is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement and understanding between Diana Waring, my Child and me, replaces and supersedes all other agreements or understandings and may only be modified or amended by a written instrument signed by Diana Waring and me which states that it amends this Release. I have read this Release completely and carefully and understand its contents and legal consequences."
