Feeler: A “People” Person

likes to learn about people (biographies, etc.)
likes to know the “people” perspective

Thinker: A “Facts” Person
likes to know the facts
likes to see the sequence, the order
likes to know exactly what is expected
likes to have a dependable schedule

Sensor: A “Hands-On” Person
likes to be physically involved and moving
likes to have short projects
likes to get the job done quickly
likes to deal with concrete not abstract

Intuitor: An “Idea” Person
likes to be creative
likes the possibility of change, dislikes routine
likes to come up with ideas that others carry out
likes to learn through discovery, exploration
