The musicians of the History Alive Through Music products are Craig Russell, Diana Waring, John Standefer, and Tad Suckling. Let's meet them!
Diana Waring is a folk singer and historian whose interest in music and history led to the development of this series. She is the publisher of DIana Waring - History Alive! Curriculum and a singer/storyteller, who has performed concerts and ministered to homeschoolers with her family - the "Wandering Warings" - across the U.S., Canada, and this past year in New Zealand. John Standefer is a concert guitarist with several album releases, including his most recent Guitar Stories, performs on the radio broadcast "A Heart of Praise", and is the author/musician of Gospel Cookin'. John travels throughout the U.S. and Canda with his "Praise Guitar Workshop" seminar. Craig Russell is an exceptional studio keyboard musician. He is also the music teacher of blind and visually impaired children. Craig is a wooden flute enthusiast, and he plays several other wind instruments as well. Tad Suckling owns and operates Cozy Dog Studio, a 24-track digital studio, and has enjoyed producing and engineering many types of musical projects for twenty years.
