The Final Chapter!

We will email you PDF versions of each BETA unit as they're completed until the books are printed, whereupon we'll mail you the finished product—hot off the press! Right now Units 1 through 8 are being sent to new customers. Many families have been teaching from this version this year; others are using it as a guide for planning and prep.

(BETA manuscript is a term for the flow of text from the word processor. It includes all of the written text which will be in the books—Recommended Resources, all of the activities, the notes to the student and to the teacher—with subtitles to guide the eye but without the graphics like borders, shading, or the maps and timelines.)

STATUS:

World Empires, World Missions, World Wars is approaching the final stages of preparation. Unit 9, the last Unit, is almost done. Our publisher Answers in Genesis plans to turn the manuscript into two beautiful books immediately upon completion. The books will be mailed to our customers as soon as we receive them from the printer, late this fall. While AiG prints the books, they will also publish the ancillary CD sets. True Tales of WWW is nearly ready and we plan to add new topics to Digging Deeper including:

• Darwin and the Scopes Trial
• Hidden Stories of World War One and Two
• Revivals of the 1800s and 1900s.
