Credit Card Processing Policies
SECURITY POLICIES: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. The SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. Credit card info is not retained at our premises but only behind the encryption wall of our shopping cart provider.

REFUND POLICIES: We offer a full refund on all books, in new condition, returned within 30 days of purchase. For books returned after 30-90 days, we will receive a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 90 days. Opened audio CDs and DVDs may not be returned for refund. Defective CDs may be returned for replacement. Please call (765) 617-4739 for authorization to make a return. Be sure to package the returned items carefully (bubble wrap is great). If items are returned looking used or damaged, it reduces the amount of your refund for a “slightly damaged or used” item, often by as much as 50%. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will be applied to the credit card you used at the time of purchase.
